By downloading, installing, or using Cryptex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Cryptex is a word puzzle game designed for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose.

Intellectual Property

All puzzles, content, designs, and other materials in Cryptex are the property of Cryptex and are protected by copyright law. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute puzzles or answers
Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the app or API
Create derivative works based on our puzzles
Reverse engineer or decompile the app
Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

In-App Purchases

Cryptex offers optional in-app purchases (Premium upgrade). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Use automated systems to access the app
Violate any applicable laws while using the app

Disclaimer

Cryptex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptex and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
